Psycho Spice Sichuan Ghost Pepper is a blend of naga jolokia (Ghost Pepper) and cayenne, enhanced with the amazing mouth-numbing quality of Sichuan peppercorns.
Since developing the Psycho Spice range I use them on literally everything I eat.
Hot sauce is still applied to my grub but I love to use Psycho Spice as a finishing dust and, to be perfectly frank, it's the only thing that makes a boring, traditional Sunday roast palatable to me.
