Made with whole oats and sweetened with carrot juice, spices, and monk fruit, these protein pancakes are bursting with flavor. We’ve fortified our protein pancakes with Whey Protein Isolate, Pea Protein and packed it with real carrots for an extra bite providing you with 100% of your DV of Vitamin A. Ingredients:


Whole Oat Flour, Whey Protein Isolate (Whey Protein Isolate (MILK), Soy Lecithin), Carrots, Pea Protein, Buttermilk, Organic Coconut Flour, Spices, Baking Soda, Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Non-GMO Corn Starch), Salt, Xanthan Gum, Monk Fruit or Stevia Extract.

 
 
 
 
Directions:

Whisk 1 cup mix (2 servings) with 2/3 cup cold water until well blended. Heat griddle to low heat (285-295ºF).


Pour batter into 3-4 four inch pancakes on lightly greased, pre-heated griddle. To avoid additional calories please use PAM Original Cooking Spray.


Cook until no more bubbles are forming in the center and edges look dry. (About 3 minutes.) Flip and cook until golden brown.
