Ingredients:
Gluten-Free Oat Flour, Bittersweet Chocolate (Unsweetened Chocolate (processed with Potassium Carbonate, Sugar, Cocoa Butter), Soy Lecithin), Whey Protein Isolate (Whey Protein Isolate (MILK), Soy Lecithin), Pea Protein, Cocoa Powder, Buttermilk, Butter (Butter (Cream, Salt), Dry Buttermilk), Baking Soda, Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Non-GMO Corn Starch), Xanthan Gum, Sea Salt, Stevia Extract, Natural Flavor, Probiotic (Skim Milk Powder, Bacillus coagulans GBI-30 6086).
Directions:
1. Remove sealed protective film.
2. Add 1/4 cup of cold water. It's best to use a measuring cup it.
3. Stir using fork until well blended. Make sure no powder gets left behind!
4. Microwave on high per cooking time based on your microwave wattage.
5. Enjoy! Adjust the time up or down a few seconds to find your sweet spot. Less time = gooey. More time = cakey.
