The sauce can be used for a complete variety of cooking methods being suitable for meat, fish, vegetables and quorn, either accompanied by wheat free pasta or rice.

Suggested Use:
Heat sauce for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot and pour over cooked meat, fish vegetables or quorn. Alternatively simmer or casserole with accompaniement of choice until thoroughly cooked.
