Whole Oat Flour, Whey Protein Isolate (Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Soy Lecithin), Buttermilk, Pea Protein, Banana, Organic Coconut Flour, Hazelnuts, Baking Soda, Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Non-GMO Corn Starch), Salt, Xanthan Gum.
Whisk 1 cup mix (2 servings) with 2/3 cup cold water until well blended. Heat griddle to low heat (285-295ºF).
Pour batter into 3-4 four inch pancakes on lightly greased, pre-heated griddle. To avoid additional calories please use PAM Original Cooking Spray.
Cook until no more bubbles are forming in the center and edges look dry. (About 3 minutes.) Flip and cook until golden brown.
