Simply add 2 tablespoons (30ML) of water. Preheat oven to 190ºC (170ºC for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer's instructions)/375ºF/Gas Mark 5. Makes 8 cookies.

Sugar, Wheat Flour, Chocolate Chips (18%) (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soy Lecithin, Flavouring), Palm Fat, Egg Yolk Powder, Flavourings, Lactose, Salt, Egg White Powder, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate, Milk Protein, Dry Molasses, Stabiliser: Potassium Phosphates.

Only 3 steps to cookie heaven...
1. Stir the cookie mix together with the water until you have a stiff dough.
2. Spoon heaped teaspoons of the dough onto an ungreased baking tray, leaving generous gaps between them. If you want chunky deli style cookies then make your scoops of dough bigger.
3. Bake in the centre of the oven for 10 minutes until golden (or leave in a little longer for extra crunch). Leave to cool before allowing cookie desire to overcome you.
