Atkins - Fibre Crackers

Ingredients:
Wheat Protein, linseeds, soy flour, sesame seed, Sunflowerseeds, wheat flour, wheat fibre, yeast, wheat bran, Salt, Emulgator (Soy Lecithin), roasted barley malt, Ascorbinsäure
Suggested Use:
Bread making machine: Add the bread mix, yeast and 260ml of water into your bread making machine. Run the standard or quick whole grain bread program. In the oven: Add the bread mix and yeast with 260ml of water. Mix thoroughly (approx 2-3 mins). Let stand at room temperature for approx 20 mins for a dense bread or 40-60 mins for a lighter bread. Bake in a preheated oven 40-45 mins at 220C/425F/Gas mark 7.
