Himalaya Guduchi
As one of the most famous Adaptoge history is Guduchi (Indian Tinospora / Tinospora cordifolia), it supports normal functioning of the immune system and the natural reaction of the body to stress of everyday life. Guduchi is part of the "rasayanas" (traditional regenerator and important Tagestonika) a category of ayurvedic plants. As with Charaka Samhita Ayurvedic primary task is "Medhya Rasayana" or spiritual Rejuvenative.
The herb supports the normal function of the immune system by maintaining an optimal number of white blood cells, such as macrophages. It can also be used in dyspepsia and various types of fever.
In the Philippines, the natives use a variety of plants Tinsopora as overall body support. They called it makabuhay means "you can live" (US Dispensatory 1918 Remington, Wood, et al, Ed.).
Guduchi is a climber with easily removable bark and numerous aerial roots and Southern India is found in the Himalayas and in many parts.
The strain contains alkaloid reagents components including berberine and bitter substances, including columbin, chasmanthin, Palmarin, tinosporon, tinosporic acid and tinosporol. This herb has up to a fifth of the analgesic effect of sodium salicylate, which is commonly used in traditional medicine as an analgesic and antipyretic for fiber treatment.
