Miyata Shirataki are asian, low-carbo flour made from konjac meal. Shirataki noodles are traditional Asian noodles with a low calorific value and are very popular in Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Many delicious dishes can be conjured up with the white, taste-neutral Konjak noodles. Whether traditionally fried, seasoned with mirin and shoyu or as pasta napoli!

 

 

Directions:

Drain Miyata Shirataki and rinse in a strainer with warm water until odorless. Pour into boiling water, cook for 1 min., Sieve and process according to recipe and taste.

 

 

Ingredients:

Water, konjak flour 3.00%, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330); Firming agent: calcium hydroxide (E526).
